Help with watercooling

Hello

Im all new to watercooling, so i really need some help.

Im planning on a new system, based on following components:

Intel Core i7 920, Box, LGA1366
Asus RAMPAGEII/GENE Intel X58, LGA1366
Corsair Twin3X 3x2048MB DDR3
ASUS ENGTX260 TOP/HTDI/896MD3
Intel X25-M 80GB SATA SSD 2.5"

Not decided on PSU yet.

I dont want to OC anything at all, im only into watercooling for the system to be silent. I first planed on using Lian Li PC-B10 as my case and using thirdparty silent aircooling for CPU and GFX.

Will my system be "alot" more silent with WC, i mean, since im not gonna be OC the "extra" silence really have to be noticeable.

The second thing is at i really like it all to be internal, i do know the PC-B10 maybe isnt big enough for this, so maybe PC-A71F or PC-V2110A/b is big enough for slient internal WC?

Honestly, you can be just as quiet with an air setup and with less money.

You want watercooling for either OC'ing performance, the looks, or both.
Air cooling can be made just as silent with the right case and fans.

I agree. If all you want is quiet just buy some big heatsinks and quiet fans. Most pumps are louder than a 1000rpm fan, although my 655 is pretty quiet.

You still need a psu fan, at least one case fan, and fans on your radiator. They wouldn't be any quieter cooling your rad than they would be cooling your heatsink.

If you just want it for the coolness factor, then go ahead. You can definately do cool and quiet. It won't be any more silent than a properly set up air cooled system though.

Just like others have mentioned, going air plus some silencing treatments would probably be much cheaper and yield results that are equal, if not better, than water.
