Can you buy parts for these headsets or maybe do they have a warranty? someone will give me the headset free it just needs the left ear foam and the mic does not work. I have a icemat mic though and it works fine.

Let me know.

Also I think the left ear hangs further then the right.. he thinks it just loose could someone that has a set look at there headset and tell me if there is a way to tighten it or?

they have great customer support just call them up and they will send you what you need for free. I got a MIC and a xbox mic extender cable from them after my dog ate the original.
