Help with the settings for this overclock?

I'm trying to get a stable overclock with these settings...but Prime95 in the background keeps failing...what can I do to make my system more stable?

I thought it was at 1.4625, guess it was at 1.40...I'm afraid to go to far above five...I really don't want to fry this chip..even though it's on water.
