I'm gonna order this stuff tonight, so some fast and last minute advice would be much appreciated. The main thing I'm wondering is if I should drop down to 1 gig of RAM and get either an SLI motherboard for future upgrades, faster cpu, or a better video card for now, or just keep the 2 gigs of RAM. ($45 a stick is what has me thinking to get the 2 gigs) Using this for gaming, really looking forward to Battlefield 2.

$45 for 512 stick is extremely good deal. If you don't plan on a lot of overclocking, go for this ram. 1 gig is probably overkill for you if you're a casual user and the most cpu intensive thing you do is game. No need to drop the heavy dough for SLI yet. See how it turns out - maybe BTX's will take over sooner than thought? Who knows - well at least I don't heh.

I went with an SLI board and 2 refurbished 6600gt's. Wish me luck on the cards. :D
