Help with side intake window mod

Hey all
Im thinking about adding 2 120mm side intakes for my super lanboy, one for cpu and ram and the other for vid card. I need some help in deciding which brand of fans I should use (Thermaltake or panaflo? I found the TT thunderblade fans w/ mesh shields on xoxide.com, should i go with those?) and I need some steps on how to go about cutting the holes for the fans with my wizzard rotary tool. I checked for guides online but didnt find one specifically about adding window fans.

Personally I was never a fan of mesh grills. The Panaflo fans will be quieter, but the Tt fans will move more air, so you'll need to decide which is more important.....noise or air flow.
 
Air flow is definitely more important :)
Should I go with wire grills then? I want whatever works best really. Does anybody have a guide that would help me out? Or some personal steps to follow...
