Help with NOrton ghost

Hello,

I'm trying to make an image of my harddrive. But i get some message about my printer drivers, and USB 1.1 connection. It say's that i will need to be aware of what i need for these to work? What does that mean?

When i select the printer is also say's

"This type of USB device cannot be determined, so it may not be accessible by the virtual partition. YOu may needto add drives in the user files section of the advanced settings dialog"

what does all this mean??

Here's another question. How can i load a image onto a blank harddrive??? i don't have the manual for ghost cause i got it for Super dooooper cheap...
