I am having trouble with my monitors they both have a horizontal line one monitor it travels top to bottom and the other goes bottom to top. is it because they are sitting too close to each other or maybe it is because my refresh rates are not set right. Maybe its a video card setting, someone please explain what the lines are and what I need to do to fix it.
