!! SUP DOODZ N00B AL3RT !!

I've got a couple problems. First is that when I got this card (9800 Pro) it needs to be plugged into a power supply to operate. Here's my problem:

What do I do? Shouldn't there just be plugs I can plug the cable into? Also, I tried taking apart the damn supply (not while the computer was on, though, don't worry. ;)) but I just can't.

Second thing is... I got the card and it didn't come with a power cable (got it used :-\) (but i know it needs one) so where can I go about getting it, and how can I tell which kind of cable I need for this card?
 
Any molex connector will work. Like the ones that plug into your hard drives and cdrom drives.
