Help with hooking up Plasma to PC

Hi,
I grabbed a Hitachi 42" Plasma display from craigslist, and it came with the normal power cord and these odd looking cables that the seller told me were RGB Cables.

I did a quick google and it turns out that the RGB = red green blue, while the white and black are horizontal and vertical sync.

My first question is, which is horizontal and which is vertical? I'm not too sure which to plug into what.

Also, the seller showed me that he had his PC and his 360 hooked up at the same time, but I'm not too sure how to do it.

Do I need some kind of splitter? If so, which?

Right now, my 360 is running component cables into my other TV, and the back of the display has sockets for RGB, "D Sub In" and another one.

The latter two are male and female.

Thanks for the help!

Here's my hookup situation.

The BNC cable goes into the Plasma (RGBVH) and the other side of it is a VGA adapter that goes into my 7950GT (which has a VGA - DVI adapter).

I can't seem to get a picture on my monitor, it just keeps going to standby mode.

D SUB = VGA. Hook your video card up to a VGA cable and run it into the VGA port in the back of the Plasma.

However, Plasma TV's have weird resolutions so its probably going to look horrible. Plasma is generally considered unacceptable for any PC use beyond htpc.
