Help with choosing a cooling setup.

Ok, So I recently just got back from Iraq, been back and forth there for the last 2 years, so bare with me, I'm a noob at everything again, Ive got the rig in my bio all setup and nice and stuff. But.....

I wan't to do some hardcore overclocking and stuff.

Whats the best way to go, water?

Or....I can't remeber what those cases are called that use like Air Conditioner stuff?

Money isnt to big of a problem.....but I'm looking to spend no more than say....$500 total for everything shipped etc.

Thanks ahead of time for the help, sorry ahead of time for all the noob questions I'll be asking.
 
Air conditioning... Koolance cases?

You could probably fit a water cooling set up for $500. Since you're using a PC7B I imagine you'd only want one radiator (PA120.3s are expensive >.>).
