HELP!!! Saving a Flash animation to disk?

I have a paper that I had to write for class. My professor needs the Flash animation that I did it on a disk so he can watch it.

My question is: Can you save a Flash animation to a MPEG or AVI file so that my professor can view it on his computer without him needing to be on the internet.

You should be able to open the flash file with internet explorer, netscape or mozilla

File -> Publish Settings -> You can choose Windows Projector(.exe) or Quicktime(.mov)

File -> Export -> You can export as an AVI
