Help! Really weird problem system don't boot

About a week ago I purchased a case (Thermaltake Shark) and every part before sticking in the new case worked, after I changed everything the system wouldn't boot up, the power would go on everywhere fans would start spinning but it just wouldn't boot and there was no speaker beep, and after taking everything off the mobo and still starting to boot there was no speaker beep, and so I thought it was a mobo problem so I bought an Abit NF7-S to replace it, stuck it in connected everything and boom same problem, so then I thought it must be the PSU and well I found an old Allied 450W in the basement replaced it and it amazingly started to work, except now it happened again, and well I feel sad now since I thought it was the PSU and I ordered the Enermax NoiseTaker 475W, so now I don't know if that will fix the problem, I'm really running out of things to replace, and the speaker doesn't beep either. Sorry for this not being that great with punctuation and all but I had to post this real quick, I hope you guys understand my problem!
 
check your mobo standoffs, it may be shorting out your board if you misplaced a standoff cause that happened to me before.
 
i have bad news.

your symptoms are EXACTLY what happens when the mobo gets borked.

OMG Thank you! How could I be so stupid? I was mindlessy putting the standoffs where it said M A but it also said M A around the cpu area, and well I didn't need those and once I removed those it's running as butter! Now it sucks that I spent money on a new PSU, and a new mobo oh well live and learn!
