HELP! RAM Problems with new PC

I just built a:
Q6600
4gb ddr 800 (a-data, 5-5-5-15)
EVGA 680i LT mainboard
EVGA 8800GT
and a few hard drives etc...

I've been running this system at 1333 fsb (3ghz proc unlinked 800 memory) It's been fine
I ran 6 instances of prime all at the same time and had no problems
Suddenly today i start seeing torrent errors on one of my clients.....
I run prime again 47 seconds into it it runs into a memory error... I've tried messing with voltages and laxing the timings on the memory to no avail.... Do i have bad memory or is it something with the motherboard? Any suggestions are appreciated... the cpu makes it through the test fine....
