I've been trying to find a new psu, but every time I think I find something I like I read something bad about it and then I'm not so sure anymore. I'm looking to spend no more than $120-130. It needs to be at least 580 watts (the more the better) and have a 120 fan or bigger on the bottom because of the case I have. I only have a s754 system right now with a 6800gt and a few drives, so it's not a huge deal right now, I just don't want to have to upgrade for a while. The system I will eventually buy will probably have a C2D, upper-midrange video card, a few hard drives in RAID and two burners. Nothing really insane, but I don't want to have to upgrade. I OC a lot, so I want it to be stable and quiet. Modular would be nice, but it doesn't have to be. I was looking at the Hiper Type-R 580w and now I've been checking out the OCZ gamexstream 700w. JonnyGuru said that there was a lot of ripple coming from the OCZ, so I'm not sure. If anyone could help me decide I would really really appreciate it.

Corsair's PSUs are made by Seasonic, i believe. You can't really get much that's of a higher quality than them, from what i've read.

Here's a link to jonnyGURU's review of the PSU.

Sounds good. I'm going to go with the Corsair 620w. I saw that they had a mail-in rebate and it would have come out to $97 on zipzoomfly but it's over on the 28th. :-( It looks likes it's better than the OCZ and it's modular, which I really want. If it had a blue LED I would probably make love to it. Does anyone know how their customer service is? I think that it has a 5 year warranty. That's awesome.
