Help OC'ing a 5200

I've been reading lots of tutorials and how-to's lately and think I am ready to attempt this when my things come in.

For starters, here are my components:
Athlon 5200+ Windsor 2.6 Ghz
MSI K9N SLI Platinum 570 SLI
2 x EVGA 7600GT in SLI
7200 Seagate 250G Sata Drive
Patriot eXtreme Performance 2x2gb PC2 6400
Antec True Power Trio 650w PSU

I also have adequate cooling (air) with lots of fans, a well-ventilated case, and upgraded fans for my chipset, CPU, and GPU, so I should be okay as far as temperatures go.

My question is has anyone else worked with this chip? What are your settings? Any tutorials specifically for this chip or series? Pretty much anything would be useful because there are still a lot of gray areas in my research that are too complex for me to grasp at this point. Until then, I'll keep reading.
