I put together my watercooling outside and tested for 36 hours no leaks. I assembled everything

Xclio 450BL power supply

msi geforce 5800

ECS/pcchips T12 mobo

intel celeron d and celeron 2.6

pc2700 ddr samsung 2x256

Motherboard powers on but I dont have any video from agp or pci cards. I tried every combination and nothing works any ideas!!

did it all work before you put the watercooling in? take out the watercoling and try it with stock heatsinks on everything.

also, what kind of WCing gear are you using?
 
Pull off the water block to make sure the contact is good with the block and the CPU (check the thermal spread). Also, pull the block off and slap on the stock HSF to see if it works then. Also reset the BIOS.

 
Let me say I LOVE YOU tsuehpsyde. I totally forgot to reset my bios after the changes! I love Hardocp forums for this reason.
