I need help with repairing my old MacBook... I installed the new LCD inverter and inverter cable, and got the left hinge cover on... However, for the right hinge 'cover' I cannot screw it into place because the hinge itself is all the way up, causing me not to be able to screw it in.
Any ideas? I'll provide some pictures, maybe some of you have repaired one, and can relate... Because I sure can't figure it out.

Left side with cover on:

Right side: (The metal hinge should be down, so it can be screwed in like the one on the left)

Slowly turn it down? I've had to do this a few times on older macbooks like that, just enough force for it to move.

When I did this I held down the 'good' side and pulled in/down on the hinge with a screwdriver shaft, again, very careful because of the plastics/cables nearby.
