im planning on get the E6300 and i need some opinions on a good motherboard for overclocking and fans. I see people had good success in overclock with the GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 is there anything better or little more highend like the GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6 or even better. I also need some opinion on memory. Like whats the best timing, brand.

Thx for your opinion well i came up with this, im going to go with the GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6 motherboard with the Thermalight SI-128 attached with a AeroCool XtremeTurbine 120mm Fan for cooling. As for the memory OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 all packed in the antec 900 case with a 650 watt antec trio power supply.
The only problem i have is i dont think the cooling will fit??
