Based on what I've read, this seems like a really nice image quality improvement for minimal FPS loss. I want to enable this for BF3. When I choose "enhance application settings" the slider becomes locked in CCC and I can't move it. Does this mean it will take the setting from BF3 (which I have set to 2x MSAA) and make it 2x EQAA? If I set it to 4x MSAA will it change to 4x EQAA? I'm confused because the slider greys out.

Thanks in advance.

I don't believe you can use override AA in bf3 because it uses deferred shaders. This is the case with the majority of DX11 games, override AA doesn't work well with any hardware -- but luckily most dx11 games have a ton of iq options

Whatever in game setting you use, be it 4x, 8x, the driver will match that with the in game AA not doubling the AA but enhancing improving whatever. So yeah if you choose "Enhance Application" then it will be the same as 2xEQAA because it's application controlled. Override is just that, the driver will override the in game AA setting.
