wow annoying i have to type fast becuz im not sure when my next reboot will be...i have fx55 and it wont be stable below 1.65v is this some sick amd scheme so ill have to go buy a new one? i tried to run at 1.425v like other ppl but it will reboot and i get windows errors about corrupt files and crap...it wont even run at 1.525...this is annoying as hell...anyone here ever have a problem like that?
also i just noticed its clawhammer and not san diego :( :(
 
okay, well more info.... how long have you owned it? where did you buy it from and what MHZ are you running it at...

are you at stock speeds at 1.6vcore? or an OC?
 
1.65volts is a bit high. what are ur temps? what's ur fsb, what's multiplier? post mroe info of ur system please.
 
my temp rite now is 40*C...i actually am at 1.525v now and it has been stable at that for about an hour...but it still wont go 1.425 or 1.45

ok like i said its fx-55 clawhammer @2.8ghz (216 x 13)
 
So you're idling at 40 C? Do something processor intensive and see what your temps get up to. Also, 1.5 is the default voltage for the Clawhammer fx-55, so if you're trying to run 2.8 ghz at 1.425, you're gonna have problems.
 
i didnt know that :confused: anyways it wont go stable at even 1.5....it will just reboot after a minute
 
oooh wow after running F@H for like 30-45 mins its up to 59...maybe it would be wise to buy new hsf?
 
I'd say that would be a good idea. I'd make sure your proc is still stable at stock speed and stock volts first, though. After running at those temps for that long, it might be permanently damaged.
