Help me pick between 2 PSU's

Building a new system, heres the specs:

Intel Quad Core (probably waiting for the 45mm, if not I will get a q6600)
4GB
2x 8800 GT's
DVD Writer
HDD situation will be atleast 3 HDD's possibly 5. If I go with the 5 route I will have severl Cheetah 15k SCSI drives. If I go with 3 it will be 2 raptor's and a storage drive.

Need to decide between

Corsair HX620W
or
Ulrta X3 600w

Or do you think I should look at the Ultra X3 800w? Been waiting to build a new system for a loooong time. Want to do it right.
 
Thanks, seems like the Corsair is getting some great reviews. Any particular reason? This is going in a lian li A10 case, cable length shouldint be an issue right?
