Some of you can help me to improve the current settings
I'm looking for the best setting for daily use (4,7ghz)

Unfortunately for me this "bios" is a bit complex, and some values I ​​do not really know how to set them.

If you have specific questions about one of the options just post here and we'll try to help you. It looks like you already have it overclocked so most of the work is already done
