Help me install catalyst?

I feel like a complete idiot but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I downloaded the newest catalyst package from the official ATI site for Win7 x64 and ran it. I did express install and in the log it said it installed the HDMI driver, problem report wizard, something else, and the Catalyst Install Manager.

The problem is, I can't figure out how to access the catalyst install manager so I can't install the video driver. What am I missing?

Edit: Didn't realize the 102 MB package doesn't actually contain the driver. I have no idea what it actually does contain. Oh well.

I had the same issue and had to d/l that and the ccc by themselves. Seems like the 110 meg one may have problems with it.
