Help me decide

i know absolutely nothing about power supplies so i need your guys' help

i am building a microatx computer and here is whats in it
Western digital 80GIG special edition
winfast 2000xp
biostar m7ncg-400
ati radeon 9800pro 128
barton 2500 plan to overclock to 2.2ghz

i need to know which power supply to get and what people have told me its down to these three.

A) FSP270-50SNV

i need a lot of opinions on which you think would be best for me or if you have a better recommendation please tell me

I hate to be an asshole, but how about you figure out which of these power supplies are actually available to you before you settle on one power supply? I say this because high wattage Micro ATX power supplies are not the type of product that many retailers are going to stock. And then, once you figure out which ones are available, compare prices and then come back. As it is, these three power supplies have pretty similar specs, but let's look at prices and availability, you know, the stuff of reality. And yes, those power supplies pretty much makes up the best that are out there in the Micro ATX world, but you forgot a couple.

From what the specs have told me that is a much better power supply and its quiet
which would be nice.

x216 way too much

now i have found about 3 different power supplies that are quiet but the on above is cheapest and i don't think i need the ones with the higher power

i wonder if there are any quieter ones?

i have only found 2 websites that sell the silent 300 ahanix x198 and no reviews on it. how can i trust its a reliable one
