Help I am locked out of my old personal computer.

Well here goes I have a Dell Demension XPS T450 which is my old machine which is a Win2K machine and is password proteced.

I haven't used it since I got my new laptop almost a year ago.

I forgot my password and I will be the first to say it I should have wrote it down somewhere but I honestly thought that it was a password that I would never forget it.

Can anyone HELP?
