I've been looking through the forums search utility and google and yet to find exactly what im looking for... well i take that back the problem is the cases have been absolute garbage: I'm looking for a place to buy a case from that has the radiator hole/fanwholes/screw holes already cut. I've done water cooling before i rather lked it but i could never make it practical because i dont have the ability to cut damn wholes into cases any help would be appreciated (NO CHENGMING CASES PLZ).

HOPING to find a silverstone? or lanli?

Mountain mods or Performance-pcs.com both do it.

Performance-pcs do lianli work...
yeah, but any case they touch will put you well over $300 without shipping.

yea, mountain mods for the win..

they have some cool cases over there.

next up would be performance PC's..

The Silverstone TJ07 requires no cutting/ modification to accept a 120.3 rad, the sidepanels already have perfectly placed grillwork installed.
The HDDs must be relocated to the upper optical bay area (I used a Coolermaster 4in3 drive cage from a Stacker) but other than that, the case is almost ready built for a waterloop.
