Help! Display Not In Device Manager!

I installed vista on my bro's computer and all went well except the display driver isn't installed. When I go to the device manager the Display isn't even there. All that is shown is that PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge Caution Sign (!) saying that device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (Code 12). I've tried to install the AMD driver's for the integrated video (xpress 1150) but still doesn't work.
