What is a very cheap syestem i can put together, suposing i can scrap a radiator/and pump off of crap at the junk yard, and possibly build my own reservoir and radiator. What is the cheapest and best cpu, northbridge and gpu blocks available, or just your preference on them?

Nevermind about building a radiator, thats just insane, although it would be fun trying to make a high grade copper one ou of copper tubing and sheet. But screw that. :D

Well, you can get a decent waterblock for 40 or 50 bucks. Spend 25-30 on a MaxiJet1200 and another 10 on some clearflex 1/2" tubing. Find a radiator and spend a few bucks at home depot for some barbs and stuff. I figure it could be done for under $100 if your resourceful. I spent about $150 on mine all together and fabbed the reservior myself.
