Ok, right now i have a 1.8p4, 512pc2100 ram and a 9600xt. Won't be upgrading anything except the videocard for a while (broke student. :eek: ) Should i just get a regular 6800, or a 6800gt(when widely available)? Will my current specs hold the gt back or would it be better to save some money and get the 6800?

Yeah your current system would hold you back with the GT...but you're probably going to keep the card for a while so if you get the GT now you'll get a major speed boost whenever you get around to upgrading the rest of the system and you your vid card will have more headroom.
