whats a good quiet heatsinkfor a p4 2.8-3.0 socket 478 between 20-30 dollars, and im not looking for someting crazy

I just got a zalman 7000 for 40$ on newegg. Its silent and kicks large quantities of ass, you might be able to find one for 30$. Thermaltake volcano's work well to, but they're noisy.

I've got zalman 7000's on two amd processors and they're awesome. Should be the same for an intel chip.

I use Zalmans CNPS-7700 120mm heatsink. Its inaudible, even on high. Its also very efficent, when I upgraded from my thermaltake Polo 735 heatsink I noticed a 10C Temp drop!
Great heatsink of you have the money, oh and the room too :)
