heatsink?

or should i go with a Thermalright Slk-947u. i plan to put 92-120mm fan adapter on any one of these(two in the case of the above links). so what do you think will be best?

The new Thermalright. It's huge. It's quiet. It cools the best, and not only your CPU. It doesn't weigh much. No need to take apart your machine to install it.
