All,

Looking around at CPU cooling options for a socket 775 system, and right now there are like none :) Searches turn up a Thermaltake 4 in 1 heatpipe tower cooler. Found some reviews that indicated this is a pretty good cooler, but I'm a bit frightened on putting that tall, heavy looking thing on a MB in a tower case, just seems fragile. Anyone have experience with this type of cooler (doesn't have to be the Thermaltake one) that can give soem feedback?

I had a Coolermaster Hyper 6. I'd suggest you avoid this cooler completely. It has the worst retention mechanism I've ever used. You'll swear you're crushing the core when you install it. I tapped the cooler after it was installed, and it pulled the chip out of the socket. I had to modify the unit to fit a regular fan on it, as it only comes with a loud proprietary one. In the brief time I had it installed, I got some great results. I would, however, tell you to run from this HSF as fast as you can.
 
I personally love my Hyper 6

Although definitly a bitch to install, the p4's arent like that AMD XP chips thanks to the heatspreader they can take some abuse.

works great load @~50c with prescott 2.8e @ 1.5v
