Headphone amp with balanced inputs?

been looking around head-fi. Price is pretty flexible. Probably not over $1g, but can possibly go over that. Realistically I just want to get a suggestion over a range of prices so I can make a decision for myself on how much I feel I should/need to spend.
 
AH! I forgot. We have MisterX here. Just pm him and see if he will build you one. His work is top notch and he is great at configging it to match your cans.
