HDTV Wonder Help

I got this today, I have a 6800GT. I cannot run DTV (i can run regular TV but not the HDTV program). I am getting an unspecified error when I try to open it. Anyone have any suggestions?

It appears it may have problems with XP SP2 (I hope not)...
