Well my buddy told me 360 games are highly based with HDTV's so I was wandering what would be a good idea for an HDTV I saw one over at walmart for 350$.

But would it be worth it to get it for 350$ it's a 22" Sanyo or something along those words, or what about a LCD type TV?

I'm open to suggestions and prices for HDTV as I am a noob to this type of TVs and stuff.

Thanks guys

get a native 720p (1280x720p) or native 1080p (1920x1080p)
also make sure the diplay does 60fps at these resolutions

i have a westing house you can get em from 1,000 to 1,300 37in

that color scheme is absolutely gaudy

Once you get in there though you get used to it, its one of the largest communties on the net, Lots of the people there are professionals and always help people there.

IMO DLP would be the best for gaming, I have the Samsung HLS-5087W and the 360 amazing on it :)

My advice would be to not post a question. That place is like an encyclopedia, just read away and learn what you need to learn.

They don't take well to "hi there is too much here and I'm not going to read it all, so please answer my questions".

i would get at least the 37" size though, no smaller, otherwise you may as well go with a computer monitor and that's just.....meh.....

if you dont mind the size and space required, you can get some amazing deals on rear projection CRT based HDTV's in very large screen sizes that actually have better IQ than those Walmart special LCD's

depends alot on the budget, but i would say with $800-$1000 you could get a very nice HDTV and would really enjoy playing your 360 on it, i know i do
