Hi all,
I was hoping I could get some help on this issue I'm having. My comp wasn't reading sys32 files upon booting. I can't remember what the exact file was off hand. Any way, I was going to just reload the OS WIN XP with SP2. When I tried to do the install it said there was no disk being read. I checked the BIOS and the disk is being read by the bios. I figured I've had a HDD failure since this would have been like the 5th time I've had corruption and had to rebuild. I went out and bought a new HDD and installed, same thing BIOS picks it up but I can't get the OS to recognize it when I tried to install. These are SATA drives. I've tried swithing the controller I'm using, SATA 0 - 3 and still no luck. I double and triple checked connections and still Nada. Neither disk can be read for a fresh OS installation. I'm at a loss now. system specs are below.

P4 3.4G
2GB corsair value ram
Radeon x800xt
was using dell's WIN XP home, but switched to XP pro using disk I have from school with SP2.
Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. I don't think I will ever by dell again, I rebuilt that machine so many times it's not even funny.
