HD6870 Cold Bug?

Has anyone experienced a "cold bug" with their 6800 cards yet? I've read about these bugs existing with 4- and 5-series cards, so I'd assume they exist with the 6 series as well.

Reason I'm asking is ever since I installed my 6870, I occasionally have trouble getting my PC to boot when it has been off for awhile. It started out requiring maybe 2 or 3 tries to get it to successfully load Windows, and as its gotten a lot colder outside it now often takes 4 tries. The first time it sometimes says Disk Read Error, and then the next couple times it likes to freeze during the Windows loading screen. I realize it could be anything, but once booted my system is pretty much 100% stable; the only crashes I've had since setting it up were BSODs caused by Catalyst 10.12. So what do you guys think, could it be a cold bug with the Radeon (or another part perhaps)? I should note that this only occurs if its been off for a long time, as in being off all night sort of long. If its been on in the past several hours its totally fine.

Explain please? I know what a cold boot is, but I also know of a problem where the system crashes if the GPU isn't warmed up, and people have been calling this a "cold bug" for lack of a better term. A lot of people report it happens frequently when the gpu core is lower than around 35ish*C; mine is barely over 35 when I first start up. Examples:

the problem is that disk read error your getting, its definitely not the card causing and like UtopiA said, a cold bug has nothing to do with a cold boot. the cold bug refers to people using extreme cooling under a certain temp, usually 0C which causes the gpu to freak out and crash/shut down/fail.
