HD power saving question

Windows has a default setting that turns off HD after xxx minutes of inactivity. Since I have 3 SSDs where only the boot drive is accessed all the time and the other 2 infrequently, should I turn off this feature? I turn off my PC once I'm done with it for the day. I'm afraid the daily on/off to wake up 2 drives then turn them off immediately during shutdown would damage the drives.

What do you think?

SSDs use so little power that it's pointless to sleep them. Drives are designed to be able to sleep and turn on/off without issues, so I wouldn't worry about damage either.
