asi usually lists pretty high, and diamond is probably one of the more expensive boards, I guess the Sapphire/PC cards might be around $200-210

Seem like decent price/performance boards, but before you buy check out this, this, and this before you buy. I'd stick with the Diamond or HIS brands.
 
Wow, $223 for a Diamond 3870, the mind reels. If this is for real then it costs less than my X1950 XT did brand new back in December, not even a year ago. It's probably a hell of alot quieter, too.
