having some issues with my 5850

i got a 5850 id say 20 days ago and ive noticed when i go to load up a game like crysis or Stalker (any stalker) my GPU makes some whining noises. the sounds very depending what i click on.

It does not make any noise once i am in game its dead quiet. im thinking Coil whine. It does not do it on any other games but crysis and stalker. Im not sure what is up with it.

if im playing stalker its dead silent but once i hit the ESC button to enter menu it starts doing it again. then it stops once i reenter game

well ive come to the conclusion that its coil whine. Would you RMA a card for Coil whine. I can still return it to newegg for a RMA Replacement.

is coil whine something that is going to hurt the card?

it only does the Whine when im in the Menu for Stalker or crysis. doesnt do it anywhere else.
