having problems with emiii..

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PandeGroup <- only in graphical as best I can tell.
Ok, back on topic....

As soon as the machine that was not reporting finished it's tinker, it got a nice big 600-point Gromacs, and EMIII was able to read it just fine. Perhaps the problem was simply a protein not included in the EMIII protein file?

It's a distinct possibility. LPerry has a page where he shows what he currently has, and what he needs so, if its something that seems to be a little off, send it to him so he can add it in!

Couple of things... already posted in this thread...
There are a couple of proteins that EM doesn't read right...
Something weird with the client writing data... can't be helped so far... ;)

The protein data file is only used to show points in standard view.

I do use the data file for displaying the HTML data in the stats section... but that's it.

Guy's... remember, EM will work perfectly the vast majority of time... sometimes due to a combination of OS or Client weirdness EM blows a fart.

Usually when the next work unit arrives all is well. ;)
