Having Problems with Antec Super Lanboy

I recently bought an Antec super Lanboy case. I am having problems with the case. Has anyone had any grounding problems with the case and with an Asus mb?
 
I have one, and assembled loads of them, usually with Asus boards, no problems at all, check the PSU's, the mobo contact and the power plugs.
 
No problems here.

No problems on my end either. Granted I only had my Asus mobo in there for a week or so before I swapped cases and put in an Abit mobo. Still, no grounding out there.

Was the system up and running before, or is this a new build?

I don't know if it applies to you, but with my newest build I thought I had grounding issues but in fact the culprit was my wireless KB/mouse.

My roommate has an Asus A8V deluxe in his Super Lan Boy. No problems whatsoever.
 
Maybe one of the screws that secure the mobo to the stand-offs is making contact where it should be, also check to see if the PSU is not the source of the issue.
