Is there a better way to approach HARDOCP Forum Staff. I sent in a detailed email to Kyle asking for support. In a reply all I got was NO. Very unprofessional way to communicate.

Is this like a foreign site where ' NO ' is a simply reply to everything. I have been a member of HARDOCP for over 10 years now.

That is how Kyle is. He is just straight forward with his replies. I mean it is actually hard to make a opinion on the matter with out knowing the question to begin with. I have seen him crack a few jokes here and there though.

Though for the reply. It looks like you hit a nerve with the question to begin with. Perhaps multiple emails asking the same question in a row. Again, no one knows but you and Kyle. But he wanted to make sure you knew his answer was "No."

He wanted to delete his account and every post he had ever made on our forums.

I don't have a problem deleting the account. That would assign all his past posts to "Guest" as the author. But I am not going to delete hundreds of posts. If you put content in there you want removed, well, use the search and get to editing.
