hard drive setup question

Ok guys...i'm building another computer (waiting for my case to arrive) and i"m wondering whether or not this is possible on my Soltek SL-865-pro:

> my 2 SATA western digital 80 gigs running in RAID 0 (for my o/s, apps, games)
> 120 gb EIDE western digital (music)
> old 6 gb western digital (running a lean version of Linux...must be bootable)

I know i can run the RAID 0 array no problem and then have the 120 as slave doesn't seem like a problem, but bear in mind that I also have a CD-RW that's going to take up an IDE cable. So what then? Do set that 6gb as a master and run the 120 gb as slave to that? And if so, will I be able to see it in window despite that drive's "master" running Linux?

Another question: of my 2 80 gb sata drives, one of 'em is formatted NTFS and the other for Linux (fedora). Now if I try to setup my RAID 0 array, what addition steps do I need to take in order for Windows setup to recognize both drives, partition, and format correctly?

Any help is appreciated.

the SATA drives will run off of the two sata channels in raid 0.
Put the 6 Gig wd as the primary on the first IDE channel. Put the 120 as primary on the second IDE Channel, and the CD-RW as Secondary on the second IDE Channel. Whatever you're using as your boot configurator should point to the correct drives for the corresponding OS choices.

If the CD and hdd on the same channel makes you nervous (and it shouldn't) then simply put the 120 as the secondary on the first IDE channel, and the cd-rw as the primary on the second IDE channel.

Backup both drives if necessary to the 120 Gig drive. Then just blow away all partitions on both drives with something like Active Killdisk (available for free, google for it), set up your array, and install XP. Make sure to have your raid floppy available during the XP install, and use xp setup to creat your new partitions and format them correctly.
