would the new 7200.10 sata II seagate drives with 16mb cache be noticeable faster than my maxter and seagate pata 7200 rpm 8mb cache 120gb drives? Can you recommend any drives around $100 that I could upgrade too if I decided to that would be worth upgrading too speed wise?
 
WD2500KS (250GB Caviar SE16)
HDT722525DLA380 (250GB DeskStar T7K250)

Both are under $90 from ZZF, and will kill both the new Seagate drive you suggested and your current drives on performance.
