ok so i booted my computer up from over night, and i have this chk disk thing pop which isn't a normal thing and everything is SOOO slow when booting so i find out that my D drive (secondary hard drive NTFS format) i have very vaulable information on there, is there anyway to fix it or to get the stuff off it with out spending money? please help

I had the same problem to find out it was a boot virus. I'm still trying to get my data back from my secondary drive as well. Use a virus scanner that scans for boot virus and go from there.
