Hard Drive Compatability

Hey all. I have an Intel D875PBZ motherboard, and I was wondering if I can use SATA 3.0 hard drives.

I know that the motherboard supports 1.5, but i don't know if that means that 3.0 drive won't work or if they'll just run as 1.5s.

SATA 3.0 drives are backwards compatible with SATA 1.5. There may be a jumper, or the drive may autodetect, but there should not be an issue.
