This is mostly dealing with airflow so I figured I'd stick it in this forum.
Okay I have a Chakra case and at the moment have a 120mm on the front bottom as an intake, a 120mm on the back as en exhaust, and the 250mm on the side as an intake.
I had an extra 80mm fan laying around that I tried sticking in right under the video card and tying it in, but that seems to just be making the temps go up
Anyways what I was wondering is this. If I were to buy 2 x 140mm fans and cut up the top of the case and mount them, would this help increase airflow and cool my hardware more? I'm not really sure how I would need the intake and exhaust settings to be....maybe everything as an intake except the ceiling fans?
