Hacking RFID, or rather, copying it.

So my GF lives in an appt complex that has RFID access doors, my dormitories also have RFID elevators, is it possible to combine both of these accesses into 1 unit? they seem to notice eachother as RFID, but do not allow access. anyone know.?

after reading into more on the forum, im sure there's a much better forum for this, just not sure where.

it really depends on how good you are at reverse engineering. Not trying to be mean but this is most likely more trouble then it is worth.

either program one unit to store both codes or have one code that works with both. The first being the easiest of the two is still a pain in the but you would have to get some equipment to read/write to rfid tags. usually mincontrollers are involved.

Just duct tape the two together
