gx280 bios problem

figger i would try here. Having trouble accessing the BIOS screen on an Optiplex Gx280. Seems as if the USB keyboard is not initializing quick enough to hit f2 to get to the setup screen. Any suggestions? Its a legacy free Mobo, so I can't even use a different keyboard

Apparently only certain ports are active during boot up. The rest are loaded in Windows, switching the port alleviated the problem.
